THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH ROUGH TERRAIN AFTER AN ENG FAILURE ON TAKEOFF FROM A PRIVATE DIRT AIRSTRIP. THE PLT INDICATED THAT THE LEFT ENG FAILED JUST AFTER LIFTOFF.
