THE STUDENT PILOT DEPARTED ALBIQUERQUE, NM WITH LESS THAN FULL FUEL TANKS AND A WORN OUT ENG DRIVEN FUEL PUMP WHICH ALLOWED FUEL TO BE PUMPED OVERBOARD. NO FLT PLAN WAS FILED.
