THE PLT STATED THAT HE PERMITTED A NON-PLT PAX TO CLOSE THE CABIN DOOR & HE, THE PLT DID NOT CHECK IT. SHORTLY AFTER LIFTOFF THE LANDING GEAR WAS RETRACTED & THE DOOR POPPED OPEN.
