The pilot's failure to follow the aircraft's recommended balked landing procedure, resulting in a stall. Factors include the pilot's failure to maintain directional control during the landing flare, the pilot's lack of total experience, and insufficient altitude available for stall recovery.
THE STUDENT PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A TOUCH AND GO, WHEN THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE LEFT OF THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT. THE STUDENT FAILED TO USE ENOUGH RIGHT RUDDER TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE RUNWAY'S WIDTH IS 50 FEET.
These match the airframe or engine model. Whether each one applies, and whether it's been complied with, depends on serial numbers, equipment and logbook entries. Applicability must be confirmed by a mechanic against the aircraft's records.
