THE PLT INITIATED A MAXIMUM POWER TAKEOFF FROM A CONFINED PARKING LOT WITH 2 PASSENGERS ON BOARD. THE AREA WAS BOARDERED BY OBSTRUCTIONS & PEOPLE.
