Applicability
From the AD text(c) This AD applies to Airbus Model A321-111, -112, -131, -211, and -231 airplanes; certificated in any category; except those with Airbus Modification 34043 installed in production. Unsafe Condition (d) This AD was prompted by issuance of mandatory continuing airworthiness information by a civil airworthiness authority. We are issuing this AD to prevent roll oscillations during approach and landing in certain icing, crosswind, and turbulent conditions, which could result in reduced controllability of the airplane.
