Jun 23, 2004 · Fort Lauderdale, FL
The pilot's inadequate preflight planning which resulted in the loss of engine power due to fuel exhaustion, and the pilot's failure to maintain flying speed which resulted in an inadvertent stall, and the subsequent collision with a building.
The failure of the pilot to maintain directional control of the airplane while taxiing after landing resulting in the on-ground collision with high vegetation.
These match the airframe or engine model. Whether each one applies, and whether it's been complied with, depends on serial numbers, equipment and logbook entries. Applicability must be confirmed by a mechanic against the aircraft's records.
