THE PLT STATED THAT HE NOTED A 'LARGE VIBRATION' AFTER HE HAD TAKEN OFF. HE SUSPECTED A PSBL BIRD STRIKE OR BEARING FAILURE, & SUBSEQUENTLY, THE HELICOPTER CRASHED INTO TREES.
