THE PLT STATED THAT A NEW FUEL SYSTEM HAD JUST RECENTLY BEEN INSTALLED IN MIAMI, FL & HE FORGOT ABOUT THE NEW SYSTEM WHILE SWITCHING TANKS & ACCIDENTLY TURNED IT TO THE OFF POSITION.
