THE PILOT STARTED TO TAKEOFF ON RUNWAY 31 WITH A WIND FROM 270 DEG AT 20 KTS. DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED AND WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY.
