The loss of engine power due to the failure of the number three connecting rod. Contributing factors were the foreign object located within the engine lubrication system, inadequate inspection of the engine by other maintenance personal, and the lack of suitable terrain for the forced landing.
These match the airframe or engine model. Whether each one applies, and whether it's been complied with, depends on serial numbers, equipment and logbook entries. Applicability must be confirmed by a mechanic against the aircraft's records.
